Juventus – Atalanta

Juventus – Atalanta

We are heading to the Allianz Stadium where Juventus hosts Atalanta in a match from the Serie A. This is a game from the 19th round of the competition. Let’s take a look in our preview.

Juventus return in the Serie A after the horrific 1-5 loss against Napoli last weekend. The Bianconeri had the chance to move closer to the leader but they conceded five goals instead. Angel Di Maria scored for Juve, but Napoli were better in every aspect of the game.

The head coach Massmiliano Allegri could make some changes in the line-up now. Moise Kean is an option for the attack while Leandro Paredes could start in midfield. Fabio Miretti is another option the manager could pick from his bench.

What Allegri must do now is bring back the confidence in his squad. For Juventus it was very difficult to accept such a defeat. The Old Lady is now third in the standings with 37 points – 10 points behind Napoli.

Atalanta on the other hand scored 13 goals in their last two matches – 8 against Salernitana in the Serie A and 5 against Spezia for the Coppa Italia. It comes to show us that La Dea are in a pretty good shape at the moment. They are going to be a difficult opponent for Juventus.

The Nigerian international Ademola Lookman is having a pretty good season so far. The African striker has scored 9 Serie A goals – more than any other player in the squad. He’s one of the weapons in Gian Piero Gasperini’s arsenal – no wonder Atalanta score so many goals in their matches.

That’s the preview for the Serie A clash between Juventus and Atalanta at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday. Can Juve bounce back after what’s happened against Napoli? Or maybe Atalanta will prove they are in an excellent shape?

England – Hungary

England – Hungary

England hosts Hungary at the Molineux in another match from League A of the UEFA Nations League. Let’s preview it in these winning soccer bets.

This group is very interesting so far. After three rounds being played, just three points separate the four teams. The bad news for England is that they are currently 4th in the table with just two points won. Italy are leaders with five points in their record.

Two draws and one defeat – that’s how the Three Lions are doing so far. In their previous game England hosted Italy, but they didn’t score and the game ended with a 0-0 draw. They didn’t concede, too, but obviously England needed the win here.

The manager Gareth Southgate could make some changes again regarding his line-up. He started the captain Harry Kane from the bench against the Azzurri, but most likely he will return in the team on Tuesday. Meanwhile Bakayo Saka, Kalvin Phillips, Jude Bellingham, John Stones and Kyle Walker could start as well.

Hungary are surprising everyone with their performance so far. We all expected to see them like underdogs in this group, but they are currently second in the standings with 4 points won. They deserve some praise for the way they deal with these soccer giants so far.

In their last game Marco Rossi’s boys made another memorable performance. The Hungarians faced Germany at home and celebrated a point after a 1-1 draw. It’s an interesting fact that both goals were scored in the first 9 minutes of the match. Nagy opened the scoreline for Hungary, but Hofmann equalised for the Mannschaft.

That’s our winning soccer bets for the Nations League clash between England and Hungary. The Three Lions are looking for their first win in this group, but Hungary already proved that they are tough.

Poland – Wales

Poland – Wales

Poland faces Wales at the Tarczynski Arena in Wroclaw in a game from League A’s Group 4 of the Nations League. Stay with because we will take a look at this match in our best football predictions.

This is a tough group for both teams because Belgium and Netherlands are the other two sides in it. This means that both Poland and Wales must aim for the win here if they want to keep their hopes of winning the first place alive. They are underdogs, though.

Poland’s captain Robert Lewandowski approach this fixture after another sensational season for Bayern Munich. The striker finished the campaign with 50 goals in all competitions and won the European Golden Shoe again. Meanwhile one of the players who should get a chance to play is the 20-years old Nicola Zalewski who just won the Conference League with AS Roma. The midfielder is probably one of Poland’s future stars.

Wales will have a decisive game for reaching the World Cup next week so for them facing Poland is a preparation. The manager Rob Page will have the task to prepare the team for two important matches.

The good news for Wales is the recovery of their captain and biggest star Gareth Bale. Real Madrid’s ace will join the team just after the Champions League final against Liverpool on Saturday. Most likely Bale won’t play against the Reds as his Real Madrid career looks done, but he should be ready to help the national team. Rangers’ Aaron Ramsey and Leeds United’s Daniel James remain two of the key players to inspire the Dragons in the next two matches.

That’s the best football predictions for the Nations League clash between Poland and Wales on Wednesday. Two decent teams will face each other, but Poland have the home ground advantage. Let’s see.

Czech Republic – Denmark

Czech Republic – Denmark

We are heading to the Olimpiya Stadionu in Baku where the Czech Republic will face Denmark in one of the 1/4-final games from Euro 2020. That’s the moment to give you a preview of this match.

The Czech Republic are making an impressive performance at the European Championship so far. In the 1/8-finals they were underdogs against the Netherlands, but after a terrific display they managed to achieve a stunning 2-0 win over Oranje. Patrick Schick scored his 4th goal in the competition while Tomas Holes opened the score before him. The Czech team gained serious advantage after the Dutch defender Mathhijs de Ligt got sent off just 10 minutes after halftime.

Now the Czech team is dreaming of something similar to their Euro 2004 performance when they reached the 1/2-finals. Maybe you remember that in 1996 they played in the final as well. This team just knows how to perform at the European Championships.

Denmark are one of the most impressive teams at the Euro 2020 lately. In the 1/8-finals the Red Dynamite made a terrific display against Wales and scored four times for an amazing 4-0 win. This was a second consecutive game in which the Danish side scores four goals after their 4-1 win over Russia in the group stage.

The 23-years old striker Kasper Dolberg scored a brace against the Dragons while Joakim Mahle and Martin Braithwaite added goals for the win against Wales, too. Damsgaard, Jensen and Cornelius shined with assists for the win.

That’s our preview for the Euro 2020 1/4-finals game between the Czech Republic and Denmark. These two sides made some impressive performances during the 1/8-finals. Now they are really close to the Top 4 of the competition, but this step won’t be easy.

Portugal – Germany

Portugal – Germany

Portugal against Germany is the big derby of the second round of Euro 2020’s group stage. These two European giants will face each other on Saturday at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Let’s preview it in these paragraphs that are about to follow.

Portugal started their Euro 2020 campaign with a bang when they rocked a 3-0 win against Hungary in their opening game. Their performance left the fans a bit worried, though – Selecao scored their three goals in the last seven minutes of the match. We saw some flaws in Portugal’s game, mainly in terms of creativity and creating danger. The head coach Fernando Santos has some work to do now.

What Portugal will need against the Mannschaft is more efficiency from their most creative players – Bruno Fernandes and Bernardo Silva. These two playmakers must organise Selecao’s game, but they were poor against the Magyars.

Germany are not in a position to hold back because they lost their opening game against France. The veteran center-back Mats Hummels had the bad luck to score himself an own goal in the first half. We can’t say that Germany played badly, but they didn’t do enough to penetrate the French defense.

Joachim Low could make some changes in order to refresh his team for the next game. Germany started without a pure striker against France, so now Timo Werner could enter the scene. At the same time the speed demon Leroy Sane could be used to cause some havoc in the opponent’s defense. Leon Goretzka could return in team as well, but only if he’s fit to play.

That’s our preview for the Euro 2020 fixture between Portugal and Germany in the Bavarian capital. These two sides are in a very different position in this group, so let’s see how they are going to do. One thing is for sure – Germany can’t allow themselves to lose a second consecutive match.

Schalke 04 – Borussia Dortmund

Schalke 04 – Borussia Dortmund

Schalke 04 hosts Borussia Dortmund at the Veltins-Arena in another edition of the magnificent Ruhr derby. This is a game from the 22th round of the Bundesliga. Are you ready to dive into some details now?

Schalke 04 are getting closer and closer to relegation to the 2. Bundesliga. The Royal Blues have won just one game since the beginning of the season. Schalke are currently 18th in the standings with 9 points and the future is looking very dark for them.

You can’t hope of survival when you are not winning games. In the previous round Schalke did not win again. They faced Union Berlin in the capital, but the game ended with no goals scored – 0-0. It seems that whatever the manager Christian Gross and his players are trying is simply not working.

Borussia Dortmund arrive in Gelsenkirchen from 6th place in the standings. Die Borussen have some work to do because they are 6 points behind the 4th Wolfsburg and the Top 4.

During the week Edin Terzic’ team made a marvelous performance in the Champions League. Dortmund paid a visit to Sevilla in a 1/8-final from the competition and achieved a spectacular 3-2 win at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. The Norwegian goal machine Erling Haaland scored a brace for the visitors while Mahmoud Dahoud scored one as well.

What the manager Edin Terzic must try to do is make his team perform in the same way in the Bundesliga. Borussia Dortmund won just one of their last six games in the Bundesliga and that’s the reason why they fell from the Top 4.

In this preview we must state the obvious – Borussia Dortmund are true favourites against Schalke 04 in the Ruhr derby. Die Borussen had a Champions League game during the week, so most likely the manager Terzic will do some rotations to keep the team fresh.

RB Leipzig – Bochum

RB Leipzig – Bochum

RB Leipzig hosts Bochum at the Red Bull Arena in a match from the 1/8-finals of the DFB Pokal. Let us preview this fixture for you in the next few paragraphs.

With Bayern Munich being eliminated RB Leipzig turn to be one of the main contenders for the DFB Pokal. For the Red Bulls this is a great opportunity for a trophy and we are sure they are aware. That’s why we expect to see them giving their all in the competition.

In the previous round of the tournament RB Leipzig didn’t have any problems to do the job against Augsburg away from home. The match at the WWK Arena ended with a dominant 0-3 win for the visitors from Leipzig. Willi Orban opened the score in the first half while Poulsen and Angelino finished the job after the halftime break.

In the Bundesliga RB Leipzig are doing well, too. At this moment the club is second in the standings with 38 points and making steps towards another qualification for the Champions League.

Bochum eliminated another Bundesliga team in order to reach the 1/8-finals. They faced Mainz 05 at the Opel Arena and reached the next round after extra-time and penalties. In the regular time the game ended 2-2 with Holtmann and Tesche scoring the goals for Bochum.

Right now Bochum are playing in the 2. Bundesliga and they are doing really well. Bochum are second in the table with 36 points and they are moving near another promotion to the Bundesliga. They still have some work to do, of course.

That’s our preview for the DFB Pokal game between RB Leipzig and Bochum at the Red Bull Arena. The Red Bulls won’t have any problems to progress if they show the best of their abilities, we don’t have any doubts about this.

Holstein Kiel – Bayern Munich

Holstein Kiel – Bayern Munich

Holstein Kiel hosts Bayern Munich in a match from the 2nd round of the German DFB Pokal. Could the Bavarians have problems here? It’s not very likely, but let’s preview it.

Holstein Kiel are a club which participates in Germany’s 2. Bundesliga. At this moment they are third in the standings and they are giving us impression they will challenge for a Bundesliga promotion. In 15 matches played Holstein Kiel have a record of 8 wins, 5 draws and 2 losses – they are doing good.

Holstein Kiel reached the second round of the DFB Pokal after an impressive performance in the first round. Ole Werner’s team faced Rielasingen-Arlen and celebrated a stunning 7-1 win. Lee Jae-Sung scored twice for the visitors while Wahl, Barteis, Reese, Serra and Porath scored as well.

Bayern Munich are the reigning champion of the DFB Pokal. Hansi Flick’s team won the treble last season, so this is one of the trophies the Bavarian giants will try to defend.

In the first round of the competition Bayern Munich had to be visitors on theory, but they faced amateurs Duren Merzenich at their own Allianz Arena. Hansi Flick’s boys had a solid game and scored an easy 3-0 win. Erix Maxim Choupo-Moting scored a brace for Bayern while Thomas Muller scored one from a penalty kick as well.

You can be sure that Hansi Flick will make some rotations for the next game as well. Some backup players such as Choupo-Moting, Corentin Tolisso, Jamal Musiala and Marc Roca should find place in the starting eleven. Meanwhile Kingsley Coman, Lucas Hernandez and Jerome Boateng started from the bench in the last game against Borussia M’gladbach, so most likely they will be starters against Holstein Kiel on Wednesday.

That’s the preview of ours for the DFB Pokal clash between Holstein Kiel and Bayern Munich on Wednesday. That’s a good opportunity for Bayern to score another win. Let’s see.

Everton – Arsenal

Everton – Arsenal

Everton hosts Arsenal at the Goodison Park in a match from the 14th round of the Premier League. Let’s spend few minutes to take a look at it, shall we?

Everton find themselves at 5th place in the Premier League standings with 23 points won so far. The Toffees had some period of inconsistency, but they won their last two games in the league against Chelsea and Leicester City. This allowed them to climb to 5th place in the standings and move just one point behind the 4th Leicester.

On Wednesday Everton had a tough visit to Leicester City at the King Power, but they managed to win. Richarlison and Mason Holgate scored for Carlo Ancelotti’s team during the two halves of the game. It seems that the Italian manager is once again starting to find the right approach to his players. Everton had some really difficult moments after the strong start of the season, but now they are looking like themselves again.

Arsenal are a club in crisis. The Gunners have won just four times since the beginning of the campaign and they are now 15th in the standings with 14 points won. For a last time Arsenal won in the first day of November against Manchester United at the Old Trafford. Since then the Gunners are winless.

On Wednesday Arsenal again didn’t win. Mikel Arteta’s team hosted Southampton at the Emirates, but only got a point with a 1-1 draw. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the hosts’ only goal in the game.

The manager Mikel Arteta is under some serious pressure at the moment. The Spanish coach could be sacked if he doesn’t find a way to fix his team’s performances.

That’s our preview for the Premier League fixture between Everton and Arsenal at the Goodison Park. For the hosts this is a great chance to beat a team in crisis at the moment. They are favourites.

Union Berlin will host the champion Bayern Munich

Union Berlin will host the champion Bayern Munich

Union Berlin will host the champion Bayern Munich at the Stadion An der Alten Forsterei in a match from the 11th round of the Bundesliga. Now it’s time to take a look at this game in the German capital.

For Union Berlin this season started in a terrific way. At this moment the club from the capital is 6th in the standings with 16 points won and that’s a great way to start the new campaign. Union have lost just two of their 10 games in the Bundesliga so far which is impressive.

Last week Union Berlin suffered their second defeat in the league. They participated in the capital derby against Hertha BSC at the Olympiastadion, but suffered a 1-3 defeat against the Old Lady. Taiwo Awoniyi actually opened the score for Union, but in the second half Hertha scored three times and managed to snatch the win.

Bayern Munich are leaders in the Bundesliga after 10 rounds played. The Bavarians are one point ahead of the second Bayer Leverkusen and they still have just one defeat – against Hoffenheim.

Last week the reigning champions made a second draw for the season. Bayern faced RB Leipzig at the Red Bull Arena and it ended with a dramatic 3-3 draw. Thomas Muller scored a brace for Bayern while Jamal Musiala also scored for the Bavarian giants. Conceding three times at home ground was not okay, though.

During the week Bayern Munich has a game in the Champions League as well. Their fixture against Lokomotiv Moscow at the Allianz Arena is not decisive though, so we expect to see the manager Hansi Flick rotating the team and giving a rest to key players.

That’s the preview for the Bundesliga game between Union Berlin and Bayern Munich in the capital. Don’t be too surprised if Union cause Bayern some problems here – they are doing very good this season.
